Our Interpretation Process
We know how important your corporate message and internal procedures are for your business or organization. When it comes to conveying your key content to speakers of Haitian Creole, Creole Solutions puts the same care into selecting and briefing the most qualified interpreters, making sure everyone is on the same page.
Here are the steps of the process, from your initial request to follow-up after interpreting:

Initial Consultation
The language interpretation services workflow begins the moment we receive your request. If you are working with Creole Solutions for the first time, we will schedule a short prep meeting to discuss your exact needs. We will ask about the subject matter of the conversation to be interpreted as well as any special terminology and briefing materials you may have available to help our interpreters prepare.
We will also determine whether remote interpreting via video is a suitable solution. If you set up a retainer with us, such a meeting will not be needed every time you call for an interpreter. After your initial set-up, you simply call or email to schedule an interpreter.

Interpreter Matching
We carefully select the interpreter who is best suited for your assignment, taking into account the subject matter, language pair, and context. Any information you provide in advance is shared directly with the assigned interpreter to ensure they are fully prepared.
All of our interpreters have signed comprehensive non-disclosure agreements to guarantee full confidentiality and protect all sensitive information. Once the assignment is confirmed, we finalize the appointment details, whether it's at your specified location or through your preferred video conferencing platform.

Scheduling
On the day of your scheduled meeting, your interpreter will arrive with ample time to get properly situated, whether the assignment is taking place on-site or virtually. This ensures a smooth and timely start without added pressure.
Before the session officially begins, the interpreter may ask a few clarifying questions to better understand the purpose, tone, and cultural nuances of the conversation.
We prioritize preparation and cultural alignment to help all parties feel confident and comfortable. Once everything is clear, the interpreter will initiate or assist in starting the session. From that point forward, communication is seamless.

Interpretation Session
Be sure to speak clearly and calmly during the meeting. Keep your sentences short and be sure to present a coherent case. Interpreters may not omit any part of the speech they hear. If anything is unclear, he or she may ask you to clarify.
The responses from Haitian Creole speakers will be rendered into English to enable full communication. Be aware that the Haitian Creole sentences may sound longer or shorter than your English statements, depending on the circumstances.

Feedback & Follow Up
Follow-up is a key part of our quality assurance process. If this is your first assignment with our company, we’ll reach out shortly after your interpreted meeting to gather your thoughts and feedback.
We want to understand how well your interpreter supported the conversation, whether your goals were met, and how we can improve the experience going forward. Your input directly shapes our service enhancements and helps us match you with the most suitable interpreters in the future.
Whether it’s about communication style, cultural fit, clarity, or professionalism — we want to hear it all. Your satisfaction is our priority.
